Which banks are compatible?+
All Swiss banks offering EBICS (UBS, Raiffeisen, PostFinance, cantonal banks…) for the direct connection. For the others, the e-banking mode works with any portal: pain.001 file + camt statements.
Does PilotePro store my e-banking credentials?+
Never. No password, PIN or mobile approval is stored. With EBICS, keys are encrypted; with e-banking, you approve yourself on your bank's portal.
Is reconciliation really automatic?+
Receipts with QR reference and payments issued by PilotePro are reconciled automatically. The rest is presented with suggestions — never a risky posting.
What should I ask my bank for EBICS?+
An EBICS contract (often free or inexpensive): the bank gives you a customer ID, a user ID and a URL. The guided initialisation takes a few minutes.
